It appears to be working OK now. I am on version 0.81.052 donators. It would probably be foolish to tempt fate with an update, although I could do a disk image first in case anything goes catastrophically, irreversibly wrong.

Set verbose=10 in comskip.ini and post the log file generated by comskip I just deleted all the log files and XML files so Comskip and DVRMSToolbox are recreating files for all WTV files. Windows media center keeps popping up the message "Commercial file does not exist, would you like to process now". Even if I say yes a XML file is not created. I am using comskip 0.81.052. If I drag and drop a WTV file onto comskip.exe it runs, but still appears not to create the XML file....

Anybody?

I have these process condition rules, so PBS channels and files already scanned aren't processed. They always seemed to work in the past, anything wrong here?
