When I run comskip-gui <filename>.txt I can seek to the end and back to the beginning without any issues. The window remains open as expected.

Could be caused when failing to position to start of recording after scanning. YOu can test by manually open in comskipGUI, move to end of file and jump back to start and see if you get positioning errors in the text window How do I do that?
