Ok, so just to be clear, even though MCEB has a setting to declare an outboard directory, I have to put comskip in the folder under the MCEB installation directory?

I'm using MCEBuddy with their built in Donor version and it works great. I donated to get the full install and put it on my Windows 10 server in D:\Plex\comskip\comskip.exe and then specified this path in MCEB. None of the commercials are cut.
