We are wondering about Intel QuickSync HW acceleration built-in on Intel CPUs. Right. Comskip is a bit less of a problem since I setup my new server. I passed down a core i7 6700k (I just upgraded to a ryzen 3700x). Still since com skip needs to process the video it can certainly benefit from QS hw...

TBH, no. I've been running com skip that ships in the TVH docker container which I'm sure is the free edition. I'm happy to download the most recent donators build (I'm doing this on linux) but I really have no idea how to tell if it's using QS at all.

Sorry if this was already announced and I missed it. Does anyone know if the donators version of comskip supports quicksync to aid in the video processing?
