I find playnice still has a use with HD recordings from paralelprocessing. The settings I have the comskip will usually complete 5-10 minutes after a 60 minute recording.

You should give the lastest Haali Media Splitter version a try. This is the first version of Haali that doesn't seem to suffer from some type of critical TS playback related bug for me. I've now been using this solution for TS playback with comskip and ZPP for months now.
