What CPU Optimizations does comskip use.

I detected that comskip runs on my Notebook with a Pentium M Processor
with 1700 Mhz at 640 FPS and on My MediaPC an AMD Athlon Xp Barton 2500
at 320 FPS.

Is there any switch to make Performance on the AMD System better?
