I ran comskip with the output_cuttermaran=1 and output_demux=1 set.
I only received the m2v file. The mp2 file was not created.
Did I overlook a setting?

First thing to know is what you will do with the recordings. Playback or archive If you intend to playback you do not need to actually remove the commercials.
