I just downloaded 81.70, and it doesn't appear to have thread_count in the comskip.txt and comskip.ini files either. It would be great to get it added for new users.

Indeed, a problem, Same could happen when during a recording the commercial is in another fps. Maybe I have to rewrite comskip to use timecodes i.s.o. frame numbers. Will be some serious effort....
