yes there are a whole bunch of them. These are outputs from a ATSC stream through TVHeadend. 900 seconds seems to do it. I dont want be off topic, but I see the first few frames of a commercial everytime before the skip starts, what is the parameter i can fiddle with to move the edl back a two frame...
