Yes and no.

It works with WMC but the newest build only works on windows 10
It because mingw, the tool chain I have to use because of libavcodec, has caused an incompatibility.
I hope this problem will be solved

With the donator version you should not get the warning.
But if plex is building its own comskip executable they may have changed something......

Just put comskip.ini next to the recording and start comskipGUI with one parameter, the recording.
This will allow you to quickly test comskip

A fullscreen logo moving for some seconds (I assume this is the same as a short video clip, always exactly the same???) can be detected by cutsrceen, even if it moves.
This because cutscreen works on individual frames and compares them to a stored image for the frame

If you feel the need for further improvement you can always follow the "how to ask for help" post and I will gladly try to further improve your tuning.
Do make sure you include data from at least two recordings

It is possible to generate cutpoints at logo (dis) appearing either at a near silence or unconditional
Please read comskip.txt

There is a command parameter to tell Comskip what logo file to use
Increase the shrink logo parameter in the ini file to prevent missing the final black frame

Solving this will require some serious time for debugging and testing

Build 009 is release with video size up to 4000*2400 (although I can not test as I do not have such recordings)
