So its best to set shrink_logo=1
The remaining errors are indeed to be solved by improving the global heuristics. That is on the todo list for the next build.

shrink_logo=1 did fix two of the errors, but not the other two. I look forward to the next build.

Frame 141454 is at the end of block 35. The reason for a cut is indicated by a lower case letter under the heading 'cut'.
