Registration problems

Registration sometimes fails.

Just starting and tried to register "Show analyser", the only registration option I was given in DVRMSToolbox. Message essentials " Not found. Additionally 404 error....Apache/1.3.41 Server at Dragonglobal.biz port 80"
The download seemed to hang but a programme recorded subsequently had all the advdrts neatly separated. I must admit that I find most of the technical advice beyond me. Is there a simple diagnostic procedure?
