Finally I found some time to speed up Comskip
Here are the results

Changes in 0.79.91
- MAJOR SPEED INCREASE! 20% to 45% faster (depending on your CPU) then the previous builds

Outstanding! I obtained a 29% reduction in processing time from version 0.90 to 0.91 on a 60 min *.tp video (P4 2.8 HT CPU). Thanks!
