Build 102: Realtime DVR-MS scanning added

This is first experimental implementation of realtime dvr-ms scanning as required for live_tv, that means that comskip can run while the dvr-ms file is being created.
I need someone to test this and tell me if it works.
Set verbose=12 and mail me the log file.
