tried many other options again this morning nothing appears to impact it. The debug window is correct and when the logo is above 0 the output aligns with that...even if its 0.38 it still is in the output. obviously something to do with the way its determining a logo. May have to delve into your source code to get much further.

turning off logo detection fixes everything and it perfectly removes commercials due to the ar changes. Kind of confirms that the logo algorithm is the cause of the issues.
