I've noticed that occasionally some blocks don't get scored

Block 7 has logo.
Block 7 score: Before - 1.00 After - 0.06
Block 7 has excess length.
Block 7 score: Before - 0.06 After - 0.00
Block 9 has no logo.
Block 9 score: Before - 1.00 After - 2.00

Block 8's score is missing. It is in the block list at the end and it is part of an ad break that doesn't get removed. Is this a bug or something that needs changing in my comskip.ini?

Also in another file block 16 is missing

Block 15 score: Before - 1.00 After - 3.00
Block 15 has no logo.
Block 15 score: Before - 3.00 After - 6.00
Block 17 has logo.
Block 17 score: Before - 1.00 After - 0.06
Block 17 has excess length.
Block 17 score: Before - 0.06 After - 0.00

When none of the scoring rules triggers the block is not listed and the score stay's 1
Depening on the default score thresshold the block will stay (thresshold above 1, this is the default.) of will be removed (thresshold below 1)
Yu can try to find a setting that triggers a relevant rule but sometimes you have to accept that this is not possible and hope one of the heuristics will trigger and corect the error.
