Logo not detected on black background?

I got a problem where Comskip does not find the logo on black background. This usually cuts the end credits of a show.
The logo is otherwise fine throughout the show. What is a value I should tweak to make it detected on black?

Normally there should not be any problem with a black background.
Could you upload the part of the video that is causing problems, or the complete recording to my ftp server?
