Greetings,

I am trying to figure out this before_logo parameter. Can someone (Erik?) tell me if I'm doing this right?

There is a station that returns from commercial 10 seconds EXACTLY before the logo appears. Sometimes comskip detects the correct beginning of the show, but sometimes it skips the first 10 seconds until the logo appears.

I've tried using before_logo=10 (and 15), but that doesn't change the output at all. The commercial blocks are exactly the same. Is before_logo the correct parameter to be altering? It seems like all that does it add a black frame, but I would like a setting that says "LOGO IS PRESENT.. NOW" 10 seconds before it's truly detected. Is there any such setting?

The show returns exactly at block 19 (frame 39239).

Before_logo uses other indicators, like silence, to find the right cut point.
