Help with USA comcast SD Filipino channels

I've been using comskip donators for years with USA comcast HD channels. It works great, almost perfect! But I just cannot figure out how to make it work with SD Filipino channels. I've tried tinkering with the ini file for hours on end, but no matter what I do it's just not detecting any commercials, or sometimes it will find the long commercial at the end of the show.

Please, can someone download this video file and help me create a working ini? My girlfriend would really appreciate it

Unfortunately I don't see any change.

I can watch the yellow line during processing and it appears to be seeing the logo disappear five times, right where commercials are, but at the end it just says no commercials found or just one commercial found.
