The error of the last commercial
73196 79503 i.s.o.
70987 77369
is difficult to solve as ALL indicators tell Comskip its at the detected position instead of the ref position

Could you do a visual check on the transition where the last (3rd) commercial starts and see if there is a black frame at the start and why Comskip does not see that black frame?
Also why does your ref file say the commercial stops at 77369 while there are still clear black frames and other clues that tell Comskip the commercial is stopping at 79503

The small differences in the first 2 commercials have to do with small timing differences of the audio and the video clues and will be difficult to further improve.

I think the first two are very good now.

The last (3:rd) is like this. I think I said the wrong thing before.SORRY

70987 Black screen, end of show, but WITH logo! Commecrial start
77369- Black screeen with Logo, start another show, end of commercial
79503- No black screen. In the middle of new show with logo. They are playing poker in this show!

How did you determine the frame numbers?
Using the comskip preview?
Did you check if the error message stating the preview could be incorrect was not displayed?

Yes I used the
G:\Filmer\Comskip\comskip.exe "G:\Filmer\Comskip\Kanal 5-Battlestar Galactica-2007-08-21-02_25.txt"

It says Seeking is not accurate. I am so sorry if that ment that I cannot use it for finding frames. What should I use instead for finding frames?
vlc
zoomplayer
mediaplayer
mplayer?

I know, now u are screaming and shouting that I am a rookie, and I am sorry.................................

no rookie, hope you are a happy comskip user ;-)

When I look at the .csv file there is no black frame at 70987
From the .csv file the commercial is detected exactly 2131 frames later then you indicate (both start and stop) so there seems to be a positioning problem when reviewing.
Could you run comskip on the .csv file in GUI mode (that is with debug window) and verify what I think to see?
(drag and drop the .csv file on comskipGUI.exe)

How do you use the output of comskip?
One of the comclean variants of a video player?

changed to
output_debugwindow=1
and dragged the csv file to the exe. Located frame 70987 and there is a black frame WITH logo. Same as I see when watching the show with zoomplayer. the cut file is wrong.

I only get a cut file and then play the show with zoomplayer and that jumps automatically. I tell the comskip.ini to delete everything else but the cut file. I do not actually touch the TV show, I just create a cut file.

SO you see the same as I do with the .CSV file but clearly comskip preview is inconsistent with the analysis data recorded in the .csv file.
And zoomplay also jumps wrongly
Now I have a problem.......
