Here is a somewhat more aggressive comskip.ini works better on most files but may cut too much on certain others
I also enabled live_tv by default and reduce the amount of logging to zero.
This is a good setting for those that do not dare to touch these settings.
You may consider setting

when you use a lot of post padding and when you use a lot of prepadding experimenting with
