I've got comskip working quite well on NZ freeview files but for some reason it always ends the commercials on the end of a show trailer rather than at the start of the main show.

Can anyone give me some tips to try and sort this?

The flow goes:
Show segment > big channel logo screen COMSKIP CUT >trailers>commercials>trailers> COMSKIP END OF CUT different big channel logo screen > show segment. The big logo screens don't have a normal logo and according to the debug window comskip isn't detecting one there.
