I've tried setting delay_logo_search to values like 360 seconds, but I'm finding that comskip is still detecting a logo within that time period that is supposed to be skipped.
In my particular case, the preceeding programme runs 2 minutes before the scheduled programme and displays balls for the national lottery results, which are detected by comskip as a logo because they are static on screen for a long time. So skipping 6 minutes should work just fine here.

Can you set

and look in the generated .log file what the value is of
delay_logo_search

OK, I've figured out what the problem was. comskip.exe was using a an earlier logo.txt file that was produced prior to me tuning delay_logo_search. After I removed the txt file, delay_logo_search worked correctly.
