81.018 crash after logo

I've just tried the latest version and unfortunately it stops reading my testfile just after it starts the second pass once the logo is found. This is with my MPEG2 > H264 converted files using videoredo.
It works OK on an off air H264/AAC-LATM 1080i test file although the progress says 0% all the way through and thread_count=2, and thread_count=4 doesn't seem to change the CPU usage and FPS.
comskipgui and comskip are dated 13/11/11 16:02

Sorry to ask this......
Did you check comskip version number in the log file?

I was going by the file date ;-)
but from the logfile

Generated using Comskip 0.81.018

and from further down in case it's useful

******************* End of Logo Processing ***************
Audio PTS jumped -8798 frames at frame 1

Parsed 4 video frames and 1 audio frames of 25.00 fps

Maximum Volume found is 6400
Finished scanning file. Starting to build Commercial List.

and at the very bottom

3 Frames Processed

That is indeed bad news.
More problems with seeking to solve with the new decoder.......

Forgot to mention

As a workaround you can set
two_pass_logo=0

With that file there wouldn't be much left to scan once it's found the logo.
I'll stick with my current setup for now but it's superb progress and I'll test the next release.
Thanks!

Should be solved in build 0.81.019

Works well, although the thread_count parameter seems to not make any difference to the CPU usage. Should I post this to a separate thread?

Strange.
On my CPU (i5) it move the load from 25% (when running one instance of comskip) to 50% implying it fully loads the two threads of one core.
Multi threaded decoding on SD does not add a lot of speed. Works best on HD.
