Donator 0.81.042 does not terminate (some of the time)

I'm having a problem where comskip will start processing but it never completes. It just runs forever. I'm still looking into my settings to see if there's a problem there but in the mean time I was wondering if there is...
1. a timeout setting that will force the termination if xxx minutes has elasped.
2. a way to email me if there is a problem/error.
