First, thanks for a very useful program.

Comskip crashed. version: comskip81_058_donators, os: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, default ini file

Video was recorded by HDHomeRun Prime, std definition cable channel. VLC media player 2.1.2 plays it with no problem. Only one video crashes, all others work ok.

What's the correct procedure for reporting a bug? How do I send the log files? What about the video file? Perhaps you could document the bug reporting procedure in the program docs.
