Versions after 81.071 (donators) not cutting enough

I am surprised no one else has reported this but after updating from 81.071 to any of the 3 later versions, comskip does not seem to find commercials as well as before. I have tested a few shows with 81.071, then tried newer versions on the same file. Sometimes the commercial break is too short and in some cases entire commercial breaks are missing. (Using default settings for all cases).
Is anyone else experiencing this? I am using comskip mainly with SageTV and my backup DVR is Windows Media Center.
