Fix for EDL file not being generated after updating to 077

The log file is generated but the EDL file is missing.
At the end of the log file I see "Could not open video codec".
Solution:
Edit comskip.ini or run ComskipINIEditor.
Under the CPU Load Reduction section, change:
hardware_decode=( Not Set )
to:
hardware_decode=0
If "hardware_decode" is missing, just add the line above.
