generated srt files not handling french characters

Hi,

Just updated to comskip82_003_donators and the srt files generated are not are not handling french characters. .edl files are OK.

The issue was also present on the previous 81_092 I was using.

For example:
La sorcière noire 2016-01-13.edl
La sorcière noire 2016-01-13.srt
La sorcière noire 2016-01-13.logo.txt
La sorcière noire 2016-01-13.ts

Due to this my video player doesn't automatically recognise the subtitle file (JRIVER in my case)
