should edl file start at 0.03 or 0.00

Here's a typical .edl file with a commercial to be cut at the beginning and end.

0.03 177.78 0
3530.23 3649.25 0

I found that the output included the very first frame, which was annoying if the program otherwise started out black. I changed the 0.03 to 0.00 and that first frame went away. It seems that the comskip .txt file output starts with frame 1, but should the .edl file start with 0.03 or 0.00?

You are right, the EDL should start at 0. Will put it on the todo list.
