I noticed the ; is missing from the line:

disable_heuristics=4

The ;'s are irrelevant, the only part that is parsed is the keyword directly followed by a '=' and then the setting.
Anything beyond the setting (either a number of a string) separated by whitespace till end of the line, is ignored

Ok, no problem then.
I'd still add the ; for consistency.
