Comskip 0.80.003 stops processing some h.264/AAC TS files

I've been using Comskip 0.80.003 to process my h.264 files and have very good success. However, every once in a while I run into a show that Comskip "dies" while trying to process. It seems to always die in the same place and I don't see anything really useful in the logs (I have logging set to a 10). Is there a way I can send a few of these shows to you? Of course, they are large. I don't have an FTP site, but I could setup a bittorrent session if that would help.

Also, I'm sure I'm just missing it, but I don't see a way for me to attach the logs to this post, so I couldn't post the logs.

Thank you! It does appear to be better, however, I still had one recording that returned an error. I need to test it on more shows, however, so far I would say that version 6 is a big improvement.
