Request for a new output format: EDL

EDL (edit decision list) is a format supported by MPlayer (and hopefully soon Xbox Media Center).

the format is
[begin second] [end second] [action]
So each line will represent a commercial break, with the start and end times in seconds.. the action will be 0 to skip.

Is already supported.
Set
output_edl=1
in the ini file
Works even for live TV

Its an extended xml variant of edl I implemented on request of TVersity.
They did not yet implement it.
