ProjectX has a simple cut list format which can use Byte Position (in the file), GOP, Frame Number, PTS or Timecode for the cut point.
So I'm sure I can use one of the outputs of Comskip as input - however I have obtained best results when using Byte Position.
May I suggest that Comskip could have an additional output format which lists the byte positions of the cuts as a simple text file (one per line) which can be read directly by Project X?
Sorry if it does this already - maybe I just missed it.
Suggestion: Output byte position for ProjectX cut list?
Re: Suggestion: Output byte position for ProjectX cut list?
It does not exist and it was asked before.
My current demux/file reader can not deliver reliable byte positions.
Will require a major rewrite/change and has little priority at the moment.
Sorry
