comskip process the video OK however when played back the video pauses for about 10 seconds at each comercial break before jumping to the end of the break and continuing playing the show. Is this normal or is there a setting to take care of this?

Is is caused by your video player as comsip only identifies where thebreaks are but does not do any activities on the video file
