what is the Dictionary use for?

Hi,

I am trying to fine tune my comskip to detect my country commercial (its not perfect yet, maybe at 90-95%) and I would like to know what the Dictionary are use for??

I also sent you an email with one of my show with config, if you have time to help me out with my commercial detection will be appreciate :D I am at a points where I am blocked to find how to make my detection to 100% :lol:

The dictionary is using CC data and contains words that are only present in commercials to improve the scoring.
