Okay, thanks,

So you won't be producing a wtvcut.exe?

No, I guess there are people out there more qualified to make video editos and cutters. My competence is in commercial detection

It sure is. I'm re-recording several entire series in HD that I had previously recorded in SD. As a result, I'm ending up with identical recordings, one done with a highly tuned version of Show Analyzer and the new HD recordings done with Comskip and out of the box settings.

I'm finding that processed 60 minute recordings with comskip are typically 1-2 minutes shorter then the SA recordings due to the much better detection. I'm very pleased with comskip's detection - it's a lot better then I ever had with Show Analyzer and I had spent a lot of time tweaking it down to what I thought was perfection....

Also, I'm finding that Comskip is now faster then Show Analyzer pretty much across the board. It's been so reliable I un-installed all the versions of SA that I used to run  Just some encouragment for you there :-)

Now if only there were live commercial detection..... :-)
