 Post subject: Live TV detection

I have noticed that when watching something while it is being recorded that the commercial detection is different than if I watch the show after it has been recorded. Also the format of the XML file is different. When the show is being processed live the XML file is formatted with carriage returns and has multiple lines of text. When I look at the XML file when the show is done recording it has no carriage returns, and everything is on one line.

Any insight on this?

Yes, processing is completely different
The output routines are also different explaining the difference in format
