comskip navigation
Hi, I have generated csv file and going through it for better commercial manual selection. However I can't get through the to the whole show, it only let me to frame 98925. I have tried different shows, and it all have similar results. I think I am missing something to go through entire show?
Re: comskip navigation
Can you click on the timebar to reposition?
Do the page up/down keys work?

Re: comskip navigation
Yes, I can click on the time bar to reposition. But this is only within the 98627 frame I talked about. It is not entire show.erik wrote:Can you click on the timebar to reposition?
Once again, the page up and down key do work, but only within those 98627 frameerik wrote:Do the page up/down keys work?
I remembered once I manage to jump to later part of show, and never able to get back. Now I can only go through the beginning of the show, but can't see the rest. It must be something simple. Damn...
Re: comskip navigation
How log (in minutes) is the movie?
What is the fps?
What is the expected frame count?

From VLC, it shows Frame rate:50, using h264 codecerik wrote:What is the fps?
I don't know the expected frame count. I was looking at the contents, it doesn't really show the TVshow.erik wrote:What is the expected frame count?
Re: comskip navigation
enn, it might have to do with zoom in and zoom out. Erick, if I do full zoom out, does page up and page down only go through the commercial not the entire contents?
Re: comskip navigation
should go through the complete recording.
At the end of the log file (set verbose=10 in comskip.ini) you will find how many frames in the recording.
assuming 25fps (or 50 interleaved) that makes 97500 frames.
Do you see this for all recordings or only one?

I found it, it is "98926 Frames Processed". So it should be entire show.
I have seen this for large number of my shows. I think it have to do with MPEG-TS recording.erik wrote:Do you see this for all recordings or only one?
The problem I have found now is this.
(1) Using left, up and down to find the commercial before actual show contents
(2) do zoom in with z
(3) using left key to go through each frame of actual show
(4) now, zoom out with u
(5) the frame rate does NOT match what actually should be displayed. E.g. frame 1-1000 should be commercials, but it is still displaying the actual show contents which should be in frame 17283-18000 for example.
I think that's why I was confused.
Eric any ideas?
