Request Comskip.ini use section headers

Request Comskip.ini use section headers

Would it be possible for the comskip.ini to start using a section header? First line:
[ComSkip]

I use software to automate BTV recordings commercial cut, then encode to AVI. Windows INI calls all require a section header, to read or set ini parameters. I have experimented with editing into comskip.ini a section header so my software can easily read and set comskip parameters, and as far as I can see, this doesn't have any detriment on comskip's ability to read the ini.

You can add as many section headers as you want because Comskip will simply ignore them.
