ComSkipLauncher - LaunchProcess(): The handle is invalid

I have already opened topic in media portal forum and they cannot seem to know what the issue is, So i am asking in comskip forum if someone else has seen this error.

I have scoured the internet and Media portal forums for any help to no avail. I have only heard of one other user in media portal having this issue.
Win7 32bit
MP version = 1.3.0.0
comskip 0.81.056 Donator version

Here is a copy of my log showing the recording ending and then below you will see the error that is thrown when trying to start comskip.
it happens with multiple versions of comskip along with all versions of media portal (except the newest have not tried that one yet).

I cant find nothing on this, At times it will work for a few days or weeks without issue then all the sudden it wont work and nothing seems to fix it, Not a reboot , service restart nothing.
I have tried many versions of comskip and now i am even using the paid version.
When it does work it works great...but when it suddenly stops working i cant figure out how to fix.

It will work perfect if i run it manually just not automatically.

Try adding a -t in parameters.

Parameters (Default: "{0}")
Comskip at minimum requires a filename to process but can also be given other info on the command line (press the ? button for more info)
You can add -t to indicate that the input file is a transport stream

I would have added a screen print of config however couldnt figure out how
to attach.
I already had a -t in parameters config page.
As mentioned at times it will work perfect for say 3weeks
Then for some unknown reason just start throwing this error.
