New and need some help

Let me start off by saying that I'm just jumping in with this. I donated before testing it out because, well, I'm sure it will eventually do what I need.

I'm using ComSkip with MCEBuddy. I want to make sure I ask for help with the most possible data as to not waste anyone's time.

I have my MCEBuddy log as well as a cut section of the video where the commercials are and/or the source file.

I've noticed that ComSkip missed 2 commercials and I would like to figure out why.

What's the best data to submit and best way to get the information over to you?

Best is to use comskipGUI.exe (drag and drop the recording onto it) and browse through the timeline.
If its too difficult to find out why the commercials are missed, follow the "how to ask for help" post and I will help you tune your comskip.ini
