I've used MCEBuddy to convert all my shows for the past 2 or 3 years (with commercials untouched). I've finally started using comskip for new shows to delete the commercials. I'd like to go back and delete the commercials from my MP4 files. I'd like to do this without reencoding. Obviously I'll need to donate for the donator version (h.264 support). But I've been searching the forum and the internet for the past hour or so, and can't find a recommended command line utility to script for removal of the commercials from MP4 files (plenty for mpeg2).
Any recommended tools, and preferably existing scripts?
Thanks
Version of Comclean for H.264 MP4 or a recommended tool?

Videoredo is recommended by many people
ffmpeg also is possible but requires someone to create a script.

MCEBuddy with the conversion profile selected as MP4 Unproccessed works very well and quickly. Might need MCEBuddy 2.3.14 and above.
