Debug and GUI Windows not visible

Hi,
If I use the -w option, or use ComskipGUI, I see a window flashing and then disappearing very quickly.
I'm using comskip81_069_donators.
Any idea about what can be the problem?
Edit: please disregard, this was due to the wrapper I use to call Comskip.
