Can't run comskip multple times from a script

When I run Comskip in the command window it always ends with me having to close the window to exit the program. This is a problem when I try to call it multiple times sequentially because it will only process one file then I have to close the command window and that's the end of the program.

Is there a way to turn off this behaviour in Comskip?

When comskip reaches the end of a recording it will wait to see if the recording is still growing. It normally does so 3 times. After that it will exit
