Don't use .txt output with digital broadcast

A word of warning.
Modern digital broadcast (or cable) uses often variable or changing framerates.
This destroys the relation between frame number and time in the recording.
Any output from Comskip that is based on frame number can only be interpreted using the average fps.
As different video playback and cutting utilities will do this in a different way it is strongly recommended to only use time based output formats such as .edl

The current .txt output is already no longer referring to the real frame numbers but to the "time in seconds since start" * "average frames per second"
