Inverted Detection?

Hi,
I just started using Comskip with KMTTG for downloading files from my TiVo. I've used this for a long time with WMC with no issues.
My first few attempts have resulted in an inverted commercial detection, leaving me with just the commercials and no content. It would be funny if I hadn't already spent two hours trying to figure out why.

Is there anything that needs to be tuned to get it to work properly under this application? I believe it's using ProjectX for cutting once comskip identifies the commercial blocks. Using the most current donator's version. Thanks!

Will do. Given that it was exactly opposite of what it's supposed to do (not cutting out bits of the show, but simply omitting it altogether) I though maybe I was missing something obvious.

Have a look at the comskip output and judge if that output is correct.
Maybe the inversion is in the processing after comskip
