I can no longer get comskip to work after I recently updated it. Looking in the FWLogs directory, the first 5 log files are ~8MB in size. The logs show it is stuck on "Waiting to process file:....
I have tried rebooting but that did not fix it. Any idea what can be wrong?

This is solved - sorry, I'm pretty sure it was a DVRMSToolbox problem, not a comskip issue. There were 5 .wtv shows that were 0 KB in size, which was apparently confusing DVRMSToolbox. I deleted those files and all is good again!
