Keeping Win7 from Sleeping when running

Anyone figured this out? I've set the HTPC to sleep after 5 minutes - and of course it DOES when Comskip (or anything else) is woring. I've tried setting Powercfg to 0 when the cmd starts and I've tried caffeine - none work.

Any ideas? MAN is this taking it toll when I tout the puppy (The HTPC) and the wife watches commercials ...
