I've been using the latest donator version of Comskip for sometime as part of MCEBuddy. Recently, I decommissioned my MediaCenter and replaced it with a Tivo. Fast forward to current, I now have a handful of Tivo recordings that fail on Comskip. MCEBuddy remuxes the file passes it to comskip, then cuts out the detected commercials.
I tried to set Comskip to verbose logging, etc, per the other support thread, but I don't find a log file for the files.
How do I troubleshoot this?

Start a cmd window and run comskip manually on the recording
c:\path\to\comskip.exe -w c:\path\to\recording.extension
Make sure your ini file is either in the same folder as the recording or in the same folder as comskip.exe
This way you can see if comskip crashes
If it processes the file till the end edit your comskip.ini and set
verbose=10
and run again.
This should produce a log file.
